Graphset
Mikkael Doczekalski lives and works in Paris under the Graphset moniker since 2007. Graphset covers a broad range of graphic design and digital arts: printed objects, motion design, space design and scenography. Its output is fed with his atypical educational and professional background. Graphset has collaborated with the Alpha-ville London Festival as a design manager, he filmed all the communication of the 2009-2011 event: print, video trailers, web design, etc... His experience in the motion design starts in 2009 through vjing , when he participates in numerous European festivals (Nuits Sonores in Lyon, Mapping Festival...). He expands the vjing side of its activities during collaborations, in 2010 with the musician Pixel (Raster Noton) for whom he created a dedicated visual set, and in 2011 with Max Cooper, DJ & producer, realizing his first video. At the end of 2012, he made a video for the Enghien- les-Bains Art Centre (Tomten) on a music from Ben Frost and created a video clip for Tahiti 80. These works help to define the work of Graphset as a constant exchange between graphic design and digital art.
